Position Summary Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and walk-in traffic, and provide an exceptional level of customer care, including retail shop customers.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities First point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and website requests for information Provide world class customer service to internal and external customers Use Salesforce knowledge base (solutions) including case creation, creating tasks, and logging activity notes as needed.
Conduct council retail shop inventory and order processing according to Girl Scout standard Complete end of month processing Maintain clean and appealing retail shop display area Assist retail customers Handle bank deposits and corresponding record keeping Monitor trends and identify pain points Stay up to date on calendar, events, FAQs Council representative on troop checking accounts (if applicable) Additional office responsibilities, as needed, may include mail, maintaining office supplies and equipment maintenance.
